VivaMama provides 100% digital postpartum and newborn care services, including AI-enabled assessments, expert consultations, educational modules, personalized recovery plans, dashboards, and community support. As stated across our platform information, VivaMama does not sell or ship any physical goods.

All content and services are delivered instantly through the VivaMama App or Website once you create an account or purchase a subscription.

1. Digital Delivery Only

Since VivaMama is a digital health and wellness platform, all Programs, Assessments, Consultation Access, AI-driven insights, and postpartum care plans are delivered online. No shipping, courier, or physical delivery applies to any part of our service.

2. Access to Digital Services

Upon purchase of any subscription or program:

  • Access is granted immediately once payment is confirmed.
  • You can view content from the “My Programs”, “Dashboard”, or relevant sections inside the App/Website.
  • Expert consultations, chat access, and care manager interactions are delivered digitally through the app.

3. Delivery Timelines

Because the Services are digital, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • AI Assessments & Check-ins: Delivered instantly upon completion of each flow.
  • Expert Sessions: Available within the booking slots communicated inside the App.
  • Educational Modules & Care Plans: Delivered instantly once eligibility or payment is completed.
  • Community Access: Granted immediately after account verification.

4. No Physical Shipments

VivaMama does not ship physical kits, packages, printed materials, medications, supplements, or any kind of tangible product. All features offered through VivaMama—including lactation support, postpartum recovery guidance, mental health risk detection, dashboards, and notifications—are digital only.
