VivaMama Terms of Use

Welcome to VivaMama ("App" and "Website")! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our digital postpartum care services, operated by Wellness Emporio India Private Limited (“VivaMama”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the App or Website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to use VivaMama. If using the App on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. Services Offered
VivaMama provides digital postpartum support including AI-driven assessments, therapist and expert consultations, educational programs, and subscription-based digital care plans.
3. Payments for Digital Services
Certain features of VivaMama require payment. By subscribing or purchasing paid content, you authorize us and our payment partners to deduct charges using your selected payment method.
You must ensure the accuracy of your payment information. Payment failures, delays, or disputes are handled directly through the payment gateway.
5. No Medical or Emergency Care
VivaMama provides digital support and educational content only. Our Services do NOT replace medical diagnosis or emergency treatment. No doctor–patient relationship is created.
6. Intellectual Property
All VivaMama content—including videos, articles, assessments, branding, software, and tools—is the property of Wellness Emporio India Pvt. Ltd. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license for personal use only.
7. User Content
Users may submit comments, experiences, or other content. By sharing content, you grant VivaMama a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for service improvement, marketing, or community engagement.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content
- Upload viruses or harmful code
- Harass or harm other users or experts
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
- Misrepresent your identity or medical condition
9. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party apps or services. VivaMama is not responsible for their content, safety, or privacy practices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VivaMama is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or Website at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
